3) Demonstration Laps: Exhibition Exhibits  

Demonstration laps allow you to ride in the passenger seat while professional Porsche Drive Coaches showcase the full capability of these high-performance sports cars on the driver development track.  

Guided sessions reveal what these cars are truly capable of in the hands of experienced drivers while demystifying techniques, vehicle behavior, and the response of the car’s systems at their limits. 

They enhance your appreciation, whether you are driving afterwards or simply enjoying the engineering.

4) Dining in Style: Restaurant 356

Named for Porsche’s initial production car, Restaurant 356 offers up fine dining overlooking the driver development track. The modern restaurant is relaxed but upscale in ambiance and ideal for a day of high-speed driving.

Farm-to-table menu is seasonally inspired with food products whose blended techniques and flavors increase diversified offerings. The restaurant also promotes collaborations between artisans and up farmers as ways of offering quality and integrity in each meal.

 Other favorites include ricotta gnocchi, sea bass, and strawberry watercress salad with ricotta.

 Even the little things are Porsche-like – chairs of the same color and tufting as the 356 car, and your butter in a 911-shaped presentation.

The restaurant also features an excellent bar program with international wines and creative cocktails. For the on-the-road drivers, even a “designated driver” menu of virgin drinks is available. For something less formal, the center also features the Carrera Café.

Planning Your Visit

Porsche Experience Center Atlanta business hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the first Sunday of each month.

Drive times are booked at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM.

It’s recommended to arrive at least 30-60 minutes before your scheduled drive time to check in and explore the facility.

Many visitors suggest arriving 2-3 hours early to fully appreciate the museum, watch others on the track, and perhaps grab a bite before your session.

Prices range from approximately $300 to $1,150 depending on which car you select and which track you drive on.

The West Track (newer) costs slightly more than the South Track but offers more elevation changes and a challenging carousel turn that many find worth the extra cost.

Reservations should be made well in advance as spots fill quickly, especially for popular cars and weekend time slots.
